Dr. Chamnong Apinda is a distinguished educator, administrator, and researcher with extensive experience in public administration, educational leadership, and policy development. He holds a Doctor of Public Administration (DPA) from Suan Dusit Rajabhat University, a Master of Arts in Law for Executives from the National Institute of Development Administration, and a Master of Education in Educational Administration from Naresuan University.

With a career spanning decades, Dr. Apinda has held key positions in education governance, teacher training, and institutional management. His expertise includes good governance, strategic human resource development, and international education collaboration. He has participated in prestigious training programs at institutions such as California State University (USA), The University of Queensland (Australia), and Kaplan International Colleges (UK).

Dr. Apinda has received numerous national and international awards for his contributions to education, leadership, and ethical governance, including the "Singkanet" Prestige Award (2016) and the Sema Trophy Award from the Ministry of Education (2016). His commitment to academic excellence is reflected in his research on legal student punishment, ICT integration in education, and school-based management.

In addition to his scholarly work, Dr. Apinda has played a pivotal role in shaping educational policies in Thailand. He has served as an evaluation committee member, research project leader, and advisor on national anti-corruption initiatives within the education sector. His extensive international exposure includes educational and cultural study tours across Europe, Asia, and Oceania, enhancing his global perspective on education development.

Dr. Apinda has also been recognized with Thai royal decorations, including the Knight Grand Cross (First Class) of the Most Exalted Order of the White Elephant (2017) and the Knight Grand Cross (First Class) of the Most Noble Order of the Crown of Thailand (2015).
